Meet Employee Spotlight Sara King!

Knowing what you know now, what advice would you give your younger self?
Worry less, life is short, and it’s meant to be enjoyed, and spent with people who make you happy.

What does your morning routine look like?
Chaos! I am not a natural morning person and it is something I am trying to be better at!

Do you have any pets? What are their names and what are they like?
Yes! My pit lab mix Rugby who we rescued when he was 11 weeks, he’s my favorite stage 5 clinger who loves being around people more than anything

What kind of activities do you like to do with your friends or family?
I love to travel, I do it as often as I can with friends and family. I always like to have an upcoming trip to look forward to.

If you won the lottery and had a million dollars, what would you do with it?
Invest some, plan a trip, and probably get another dog.

What made you want to work where you’re at now?
My good friend has been a recruiter for a while, she’s always spoken highly of her job so I jumped at the chance to make the switch.

Before working at your current job, what was the most interesting job you had?
I was a home health physical therapist assistant prior to this and I learned so much about people from being in their homes and working closely with them to reach their goals.

What is your favorite thing about your job?
I love that the harder you work the more growth potential you have, and you have the opportunity to do the same for other people by helping them find better positions.

What do you find most rewarding about your job?
It’s so great hearing that someone is really happy with their placement and wants to grow in that position.

What have you gained from working where you’re at?
I’m still pretty new but I’m developing better organizational and multi-tasking abilities.
