Meet Employee Spotlight Frank Fauskey:
What’s one thing most people don’t know about you?
Thanks to the pure coincidence of the fact I am a founding father of a fraternity and the timing of the movie Old School, I have been forever tabbed with the nickname of Frank the Tank by my wife’s entire family.
What are two of your favorite hobbies?
Playing golf and playing poker.
Knowing what you know now, what advice would you give your younger self?
Don’t wait for good luck, make your own. You don’t need permission to be awesome.
What is your personal mantra?
I actually have two.
1. Be Yourself, Everybody else is taken.
2. Never give up.
When you were younger, what did you want to be when you grew up?
When I was in grade school I wanted to be a professional basketball player. As I grew older I wanted to be a Psychologist.
Do you have any pets? What are their names and what are they like?
We recently added an addition to our family. His name is Harley and he is a Bolopoo(Half Bolognese/Half Poodle). Harley loves long walks on the beach, moonlight romances with the neighbor dog, and is most adept at chewing on furniture.
What was your favorite vacation?
Our very first trip to Disney World when our daughter was five. The pure magic of Disney is a real thing, especially in the eyes of a five-year-old.
What made you want to work where you’re at now?
The idea of exponential growth and opportunity.
Before working at your current job, what was the most interesting job you had?
I was a Bar Back at the infamous Impulse Lounge for a summer while in college. People watching at its finest!
What do you look forward to most when you walk into work?
The camaraderie shared between all our team members.
What is your favorite thing about your job?
We get to make people happy on a daily basis. We make our clients happy by providing them the assistance that they need. We make our candidates happy by providing them opportunities to provide for themselves and their families.
What’s unique about the culture at your company?
We have a great combination of autonomy, accountability, and fun. Our culture has the ability to bring out the best in people.
What advice would you give to someone looking for a job right now?
It is not always about the most money. Make sure you find the right fit, not the right paycheck.
What have you gained from working where you’re at?
I’ve gained lifelong friendships. I’ve gained experience, work ethic, and values that can be translated through all walks of life.
What is your proudest moment at your job?
Seeing those that you have taught become successful based on the foundation you started.
