President
Over 15 years of recruiting and business development experience with a focus on Allied and Nursing Professionals
Frank Fauskey joined Alliance Healthcare Solutions in 2014 as an Executive Recruiter. At Alliance Healthcare Solutions, Frank’s responsibilities include business development, creating and executing effective search strategies to identify qualified candidates, and candidate and client account management. He previously worked at a local healthcare non-profit in the Cleveland area, as the Director of Staff Development and Recruiting. Frank is a Cleveland area native and is a graduate of the University of Dayton, where he majored in Psychology.

Lori Osborne
Senior Account Manager
Over 16 years of recruiting, account management and business development experience in nurse staffing.
Lori Osborne joined Alliance Healthcare Solutions in 2015 as a Senior Recruiter and Account Manager. At Alliance Healthcare Solutions, Lori’s responsibilities include all areas of recruiting, account management and new business development. Previous employment was with a travel nurse firm based in Florida. Lori was instrumental in heading a managed service contract (MSP) for a large, teaching hospital in California. Lori is a South Florida transplant and a graduate of Florida Atlantic University, with a degree in Health Administration.
